Please follow all the steps in the instruction manual to ensure that the submission process is completed successfully. Please also be aware that one full (i.e. non-student) registration of an author per accepted paper is required.

Paper page limit: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing extra pages: Up to 1 extra pages may be purchased at $100 (US dollars) per extra page.

Formatting your paper

The camera ready copy of each submission must strictly adhere to the IEEE formatting instructions. It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it. Please change the setting on your PDF distiller to ensure your paper meets IEEE PDF specifications.

Electronic Copyright Form and Final Paper submission

Special issue journal

Excellent papers will be invited to a special issue of the IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (IEEE J-BHI).

Submission instructions

Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered. Papers must be 6 pages or less, including references, figures and tables (at least 10pt font, 2-column format). The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as formatting instructions, can be found here.

All papers will be managed electronically through the Conference Management Tool CMT. Please create an account in the CMT tool in order to do a submission. The submission process has ended and the papers are currently undergoing the review process.

Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. Additional author names cannot be added after the paper submission deadline. A best paper award and runner-up award will be given.
